Wrap around care for children from Reception to Year 6

We know how busy parents are and we are on hand to provide excellent care and supervision of children before and after school. 

Out of hours’ care is available to Lower School pupils from 08:00 every morning and until 18:00 in the evening. Parents may book regular sessions or use the facility on an ad hoc basis by informing the School Office.   

Before and After School Care is supervised by members of the Morning Club and After School Care staff, plus members of teaching staff on duty. 

Morning Club runs from 08:00 until the beginning of the school day at 08.40 in one of our cosy classrooms. The Club affords an opportunity for pupils from a number of different classes to mix together in a relaxed, calm atmosphere. There is opportunity for pupils to prepare for the day ahead, focusing on quiet morning activities provided by class teachers or reading quietly.  

After School Care allows the children from Year 3 – Year 6 to have a snack and then to settle and complete their homework with help on hand to support if needed. Reception to Year 2 are supervised in a different classroom and have games/ appropriate activities on hand to keep them occupied. Year 2 will also be supported with their reading homework. 

There is a charge for these sessions:  
– Morning club from 08:00 – £3.00 
– After school club, up to 17:00 – £3.00 
– After school club, 17:00 to 18:00 – £3.00
